For two years we have loved camping in our little 1994 Coleman Destiny Royale pop up trailer (ironically we named her “Minnie”), but we started thinking about getting a hard-sided trailer. We were a little weary of the set up and were hoping to find something that would be easier to set up and could also be pulled by our Toyota Highlander. We’d been saving up for a while and were able to find the perfect trailer for us. Introducing, our 2018 Winnebago Minnie Micro (Minnie Winnie) 1700BH! We’ve named her “Indy” for Indigo (blue) and my hubby’s love of Nascar. It was the day after my birthday and since it’s a 1700BH model (my initials), we joked that it was my birthday present!
It has a full bed, 2 bunks in the back, a little kitchen, and plenty of storage, both inside and out. The dinette also turns into another bed. We usually leave the dinette as a bed so we have a place to lounge and put our personal bins (we each have a bin to toss our “stuff” like hats, glasses, etc.), and we prefer to eat outside anyway as long as the weather is good. We also have a bathroom and shower for the first time! Woohoo! These are pics from the day we bought it, before we did anything to it. Of course, I had to personalize and add a few little touches of décor. We already had the bedding and Some pillows from our Pop Up Camper makeover, I just added a few more things. 😊 Let me know if you have any questions about the Minnie Winnie. What do you camp in, or what have you camped in in the past? Leave a comment and let me know!
We too are also Disney fans traveling in our Winnebago Minnie! Following along on your adventures. Enjoy.

Hi Beth & Scott! Wow, such a beautiful trailer! We have enjoyed your pictures and details on Facebook of your travels. We have used tents for years, and have now purchased an E350 Ford Van, that we will make into a home away from home. Dennis is going over it with a fine tooth comb to be ready for our first trip this Fall. We also want to see our beautful country close up. If you are ever in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana, please drop in. We have plenty of space for you to camp. A friend from the past…Donna Lindsay (Burns)

Oh wow, we would love to see Montana one day, may just take you up on that offer! Love the van makeover idea! If it were just the two of us we might have gone a little smaller, but this is a good size. I’ll look forward to seeing your makeover sometime!
