Scott and I (Beth) married late in life and I was blessed with a young “bonus” son. Since my hubby became a father in his early 40’s, and I’m a few years older than him, I suppose some think he’s our grandson! He’s now in college and doesn’t travel with us anymore. We also have a fur-baby named Shania who loves to cuddle when not chasing lizards.

We bought our first camper, a pop up trailer in late 2015 and I decided I wanted to document our travels. (Check out my very first blog of our pop-up Disney themed renovation.) We had both camped a little when we were younger, but neither had seen much of the U.S. so we started “Exploring New Hites” – yes, our last name (not a typo haha) all over the U.S.  We now a small travel trailer, a 2018 Minnie Winnie Micro 1700BH model.

In addition to reviewing RV Parks, campgrounds, and sharing our National Park adventures, we’re also working on downsizing and decluttering our “sticks and bricks” home, so we may share about that and about products* we love both for camping and at home.
